Corso Systems recently installed Ignition on a Linux VM for a customer with very specific requirements. Here’s the checklist that helped our team get it right on the first try.

A leading manufacturer of high-quality, single-source recipe pet food with facilities across North America required a production scheduling management and OEE tracking system for a greenfield Facility. Ignition by Inductive Automation along with the OEE and Scheduling module from Sepasoft was chosen for the SCADA and MES platform, and the required functionality was developed by Corso Systems and tested with various OEM manufacturers on the various production and packaging lines at the facility.

Corso Systems implemented a fully automated unit tracking system for a slot machine manufacturing company. This included ERP integration for real-time part inventory, automated conveyance to operator workstations using PLCs and RFID sensors, plus a maintenance and holding loop for rework.

Jaxon Energy teamed up with Corso Systems to develop a new control and information system for its Jackson, MS hydrotreating plant. We leveraged Rockwell Automation's FactoryTalk software suite for robust operator control of the plant and secure remote access to real-time information.

Corso Systems implemented FactoryTalk VantagePoint and FactoryTalk Historian to store and analyze process data at multiple facilities for a leading diatomaceous earth processing company.

A leading diatomaceous earth processing facility was storing production data in Excel spreadsheets which made it difficult to access necessary information. Corso Systems remedied this with a web-based solution including a centralized database and an interface for authorized users to enter, edit, and view the data.

Corso Systems recovered and migrated data from a failed server at a diatomaceous earth processing company which had two facilities with Wonderware Historian installations on older hardware. We migrated the Wonderware Historian configuration to FactoryTalk Historian with no data lost during import and migration.
