What’s Important?

The most important thing to remember with any integration is that it will only succeed when there is buy-in from the people at the company. So sometimes it’s best to start small. Make sure that everyone has a positive experience and then continue to build from those positive experiences.

Where to Start?

If you’re looking to get started with a fully integrated system, you’ve come to the right place! Check out The Ultimate MES Guide to get started.

A great place to start an integration project is with a Remote Viewing Application.¬†Here we take your application and make it available for viewing from your phone or computer anywhere in the world. This not only provides you with the peace of mind to be able to leave the facility and go on vacation, but also puts you in position to start collecting your data. Ease and flexibility can be seen by most people in an organization and helps with getting organizational buy-in. A further step is monitoring and displaying Key Performance Indicators on large screens pm the floor. Visible KPI’s are proven to increase production in many facilities by 30% or more.
