Corso Shorts Rockwell Automation Arena Simulation
Welcome to Corso Shorts.
In this series, we’re going to show you a cool piece of software or hardware that we’ve found. And, we’re going to do it quickly. Like less than 3 minutes quickly. So if you’re ready to learn about some cool, new technology, stay tuned.
This time around, we’re going to talk about Rockwell Automation’s Arena Simulation.
We’ve talked about some other simulation tools or “games” on Corso’s Corner. If you’re not reading out newsletter, you should take a look.
A couple of the “game” options include:
These are more “games”, yes some people will actually play these for fun!
Arena Simulation is available for a free trial. Almost immediately, we realized that Arena is a really heavy duty software. It’s for “Discrete Event Simulation.” So if you have a process that you want to “simulate” then Arena can do it for you!
We talked about how this is “heavy duty,” if you have a process, this can simulate your process. It’s been used for more than 30 years by top Fortune 100 companies.
Remember to watch the video to get a better idea of what Arena Simulation can do for you!
There is a ton of information in here and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Corso admittedly are not world class experts on Arena Simulation, but we can get you in contact with the people who are!
If you’re ready to talk about adding Arena Simulation to your facilties repertoire, please reach out, we’d love to help you. There are some opportunities for starting with pilot programs for some new processes. This way we can map out exactly how they will work. Then we can expand to the rest of your facility as you see fit.
